Senior Technical Compliance Specialist - Italian - LeoVegas Group

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior Technical Compliance Specialist you’ll join a team of all rounders with various backgrounds but who share a unique passion for technology and compliance. You’ll act as a second line of defence to ensure that the regulated product adheres to applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
•
Mastering product compliance requirements primarily for the Italian jurisdiction, ensuring that all internal tools are up to date with the latest applicable version of the requirements and providing interpretation and guidance as appropriate

Delivering requirements to the Product and Tech organisation and reviewing designs against regulations

•
Monitoring and assessing changing requirements and ensuring timely analysis, communications and implementation

•
Supporting internal teams by advising on technical compliance queries

•
Closely cooperating with the Compliance team to identify and address findings and incidents

•
Being highly involved in technical audit activities

•
Mentoring and managing team members as required

•
Contributing to improving and consolidating the Compliance posture of the Group and promoting a compliance culture within the organisation

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

•
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience working on regulated online gambling products

•
Expertise in relation to the technical implementation of regulatory compliance requirements

•
Italian speaking

NICE TO HAVES

•
Previous experience in technical regulatory reporting

•
Understanding of the Agile methodology and Change management
