Complaint about removed cpa commissions after test
I am submitting this complaint regarding the affiliate program of CoolAffs and the removal of CPA commissions generated during a completed test campaign. Before launching the campaign we agreed on a test of 10 FTDs from Portugal under a CPA structure. No specific KPIs or other requirements were communicated beyond delivering legitimate first-time depositors. I delivered 9 FTDs generating a total CPA amount visible in the dashboard. No concerns were raised during the period. After the reporting period the commissions were removed based on allegations of incentivized traffic and other issues. Players registered normally and any VPN use for game visibility had been previously discussed with the manager. I invested real advertising budget and seek a fair review and payment according to the agreed test terms.
