Affiliate Deal-Terms Report 2026: 85% RevShare, 66% CPA, 91% publish a minimum payout

We read the stated terms of ~1,000 iGaming affiliate programs. RevShare is near-universal, CPA is offered by two thirds, hybrids by a third, and nine in ten programs publish a minimum payout. The benchmark table and CSV are open.

IiGamingB2B Editorial TeamResearch

The iGamingB2B Affiliate Deal-Terms Report is built from the stated commercial terms of 1,748 catalogued affiliate programs. Of those, 997 explicitly state a payment model — that sub-set is the basis for every percentage below.

Payment models

  • RevShare: offered by 848 of 997 programs — 85%
  • CPA: 656 — 66%
  • Hybrid (CPA + RevShare): 371 — 37%

RevShare is effectively the default. CPA is common but rarely the only option, and a hybrid deal — an upfront CPA plus ongoing revenue share — is on the table at more than a third of programs. The models are not mutually exclusive; most programs that state a model offer more than one.

Payouts are transparent more often than not

Across all 1,748 programs, 1,594 (91%) publish a minimum payout threshold and 95% state a payout frequency. That is unusually transparent for the industry — the terms most affiliates actually care about are on the table before you sign up.

What is still inconsistent

Negative-carryover handling, sub-affiliate commission and currency support are stated inconsistently and should be checked per program — the dataset flags where a value is missing rather than guessing.
