Marketing Acquisition Analyst — BetMGM

BetMGM is a leading sports betting and iGaming operator across North America, born out of a 50/50 joint venture between MGM Resorts International and Entain plc. BetMGM has exclusive access to all of MGM's land-based and online sports betting, major tournament poker, and online gaming brands in the United States.

We are hiring a Marketing Acquisition Analyst for our Remote, New Jersey team. This role sits within the Data & Analytics function and contributes to delivering innovative gaming products to millions of customers across North America. BetMGM combines world-class casino resorts with cutting-edge digital gaming technology.

This is a full-time remote position offering competitive salary ($72k-$95k range for analyst roles), performance bonus, health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off and professional development assistance.

Execute data & analytics initiatives for BetMGM sportsbook, casino and poker products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, marketing and operations.
Analyse performance data and market trends to drive business decisions in the competitive US iGaming market.
Ensure compliance with state-by-state regulatory requirements.
Contribute to BetMGM's mission of delivering the best sports betting and iGaming experience in North America.
Work in an agile environment with continuous product innovation.

3+ years of experience in data & analytics within iGaming, sports betting, gaming or a related technology industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and drive insights.
Understanding of the US regulated gaming market and state-by-state compliance landscape.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
