We are hiring a Bartender Banquet for our Multiple Locations, US team. This role sits within the Operations function and contributes to delivering world-class gaming and hospitality experiences.

Execute operations initiatives for Caesars Entertainment's casino, sportsbook, and hospitality operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across gaming, hospitality, marketing, and operations.
Ensure compliance with state gaming regulations and company standards.
Contribute to Caesars' mission of providing exceptional guest experiences.
Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

3+ years of experience in operations within gaming, hospitality, or a related industry.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Understanding of the US gaming industry and regulatory landscape.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 gaming environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred for management roles.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
