Marketing Technology Specialist — DraftKings

We are hiring a Marketing Technology Specialist for our Boston, MA team. This role sits within the Marketing function and contributes to delivering innovative gaming products to millions of customers across North America. DraftKings combines technology-driven approach with deep sports expertise to make every game more meaningful.

Execute marketing initiatives for DraftKings sportsbook, casino, DFS and prediction markets products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, marketing and operations.
Analyse performance data and market trends to drive business decisions.
Ensure compliance with state-by-state regulatory requirements.
Contribute to DraftKings' mission of fueling the competitive spirit of sports fans.
Work in an agile environment with continuous product innovation.

3+ years of experience in marketing within iGaming, sports betting, gaming or a related technology industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and drive insights.
Understanding of the US regulated gaming market and compliance landscape.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
