Senior Site Reliability Engineer — DraftKings

We are hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for our Boston, MA team. This role sits within the Engineering function and contributes to delivering innovative gaming products to millions of customers across North America. Execute engineering initiatives for DraftKings sportsbook, casino, DFS and prediction markets products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, marketing and operations.
Analyse performance data and market trends to drive business decisions.
Ensure compliance with state-by-state regulatory requirements.
Contribute to DraftKings' mission of fueling the competitive spirit of sports fans.
Work in an agile environment with continuous product innovation.

3+ years of experience in engineering within iGaming, sports betting, gaming or a related technology industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and drive insights.
Understanding of the US regulated gaming market and compliance landscape.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
