We are hiring a Shift Coordinator to join our team. This role sits within the Management function and contributes to delivering world-class iGaming technology solutions.

Execute management initiatives for EveryMatrix's iGaming platform and products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, sales, and operations.
Ensure products meet regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Work in an agile, international environment with teams across Europe.

3+ years of experience in management within iGaming, software, technology or a related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of the iGaming industry and regulatory landscape.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Fluency in English.
