Security Engineering Manager — FanDuel

We are hiring a Security Engineering Manager to join our team. This role sits within the Engineering function and contributes to delivering innovative sports betting and gaming products to millions of customers across North America.

Execute engineering initiatives for FanDuel's sportsbook, casino, and daily fantasy sports products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, marketing and operations.
Analyse performance data and market trends to drive business decisions in the competitive US gaming market.
Ensure compliance with state-by-state regulatory requirements.
Contribute to FanDuel's mission of being the most innovative sports-tech entertainment company.
Work in an agile, technology-driven environment.

3+ years of experience in engineering within iGaming, sports betting, gaming, technology or a related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of the US regulated gaming market and compliance landscape.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
