We are hiring a Ai Enablement Lead to join our team in Multiple Locations. This role sits within the Management function and contributes to delivering world-class online gambling experiences.

Execute management initiatives for Kindred Group's sports betting, casino, poker, and bingo products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, marketing, and operations.
Ensure products meet regulatory requirements across 15+ European jurisdictions.
Contribute to Kindred's commitment to responsible gambling and sustainability.
Work in an agile, international environment.

3+ years of experience in management within iGaming, gambling, technology or a related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of the European iGaming regulatory landscape.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Eligibility to work in the applicable jurisdiction.
