We are hiring a People Team Intern to join our team in Bogotá. This role sits within the HR function and contributes to delivering world-class online gaming experiences.

Execute hr initiatives for RSI's BetRivers sportsbook, casino, and poker products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, marketing, and operations.
Ensure products meet regulatory requirements across US states and international markets.
Contribute to RSI's mission of creating the most fun, friendly, and fair online gaming platform.
Work in an agile, technology-driven environment.

3+ years of experience in hr within iGaming, sports betting, gaming, or a related technology industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of the US regulated gaming market and compliance landscape.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Eligibility to work in the Global.
