Lead Product Manager, Core Payments — Trustly

Trustly is a leading global payments platform enabling fast, simple, and secure bank-to-bank transfers. Founded in 2008 in Stockholm, Trustly processes billions of euros in transactions annually across 30+ European markets and the US.

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager, Core Payments for our San Francisco, CA team. This role sits within the Product & Design function and contributes to delivering world-class open banking and payment solutions.

Execute product & design initiatives for Trustly's payment and open banking platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, sales, and operations.
Ensure products meet regulatory requirements across European and US markets.
Contribute to Trustly's mission of enabling seamless bank-to-bank payments worldwide.
Work in a fast-paced, international fintech environment.

3+ years of experience in product & design within fintech, payments, technology or a related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of the payments industry and open banking landscape.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
