Junior Designer — Super Group (Betway)

We are hiring a Junior Designer for our London, UK team. This role sits within the Product & Design function and contributes to delivering world-class sports betting and gaming experiences to customers worldwide.

Execute product & design initiatives for Betway's sportsbook, casino, and gaming products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, marketing and operations.
Ensure products meet regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Contribute to Betway's mission of being a leading global online betting and gaming brand.
Work in a fast-paced, international environment with teams across Europe, Africa, and the Americas.

3+ years of experience in product & design within iGaming, sports betting, gaming, technology or a related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of the gambling industry and regulatory landscape.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
