Product Compliance Manager - Caesars Entertainment

Caesars is one of the biggest names in betting, striving to become the largest sports betting and iGaming platform in America. The Product Technology team has built a proprietary sports betting and iGaming platform from the ground up in under 3 years. The Product Compliance Manager works with the Product Compliance Director to ensure timely regulatory submissions and approvals of the system, interpreting regulations and technical requirements and engaging with State, Tribal and Independent Test Lab (GLI and BMM) regulatory personnel.

Ensure timely regulatory submissions and approvals of the system, working with the Product Compliance Director.
Manage the technical submission process through completion in collaboration with the Product Development Team.
Manage documentation required to support all regulatory submissions.
Maintain a process to ensure only approved software versions are deployed into each regulated market.
Work with Product Development and QA to ensure software solutions conform to regulatory requirements.

5+ years of gaming experience.
Experience interpreting regulations and technical requirements.
Engagement with State, Tribal and Independent Test Lab (GLI and BMM) regulatory personnel.
Experience conducting technical compliance audits.
Ability to build relationships within all levels and disciplines, both internal and external.
