Sportsbook Campaign Manager - Coolbet

Coolbet is an innovative iGaming brand offering online sports betting, casino and poker products, founded in 2016 in Tallinn, Estonia.

We are hiring a Sportsbook Campaign Manager to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia. This role sits within the Marketing function and contributes to delivering innovative sportsbook, casino and poker products to players across Nordic, European and Latin American markets.

Execute marketing initiatives for Coolbet's sportsbook, casino and poker products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, marketing and operations.
Ensure products meet regulatory requirements across Estonian (EMTA) and Curaçao licences.
Contribute to Coolbet's mission of delivering transparent and engaging iGaming experiences.
Work in an agile environment with continuous product innovation.

3+ years of experience in marketing within iGaming, sports betting, gaming or a related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of the European iGaming regulatory landscape.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Eligibility to work in Estonia.
