DevOps Manager - eeze

eeze is a Malta-based, technology-driven live casino provider that has been developing world-leading online gaming solutions since 1999, with over 700 team members across Europe and its headquarters and studio in Malta.

We are hiring a DevOps Manager for our London team to lead and develop a DevOps team delivering stable, scalable platforms, services and infrastructure across multiple projects.

Lead and manage a DevOps team, providing guidance, support and mentorship for professional growth.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on infrastructure, deployment and operational issues.
Establish and maintain delivery plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation and risk management across CI/CD and cloud.

Proven experience managing or leading a DevOps team.
Strong technical background in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure and platform operations.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to align DevOps and platform strategy with business goals and OKRs.
