Technical Compliance Officer - eeze

eeze is a Malta-based, technology-driven live casino provider that has been developing world-leading online gaming solutions since 1999, with over 700 team members across Europe and its headquarters and studio in Malta.

We are hiring a Technical Compliance Officer for our Malta team to translate regulatory obligations for a live casino platform and content supplier into testable technical requirements, owning the certification lifecycle end to end.

Maintain a current view of technical standards, certification schemes and regulatory instruments applying to the B2B platform.
Translate regulatory text into testable technical requirements and control objectives.
Run gap analyses against current posture and issue risk-ranked remediation plans.
Maintain traceability from each regulatory requirement to the control that satisfies it across all jurisdictions.

Proven experience in technical compliance, certification (GLI/BMM/eCOGRA) or regulatory affairs within iGaming.
Ability to translate regulatory text into testable technical requirements.
Strong analytical skills for gap analysis and risk-ranked remediation planning.
Excellent documentation and cross-team collaboration skills.
