Fanatics Betting and Gaming (FBG), launched in 2021, is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics; the Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S., Fanatics Casino operates in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and FBG runs twenty-two retail sportsbook locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium. As a Security Engineer III at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, your knowledge and experience in designing, implementing and maintaining security measures will help the organization stay ahead of security risks and protect company assets. This role sits within the Information Security department and reports to the Manager, Security Engineering. This role is remote.
Responsibilities
Continuously evaluate security tools including Data Loss Prevention, Vulnerability Management, IAM, WAF, Email and Endpoint Protection.
Evaluate and implement Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) software.
Develop and maintain a library of scripts to automate threat hunting, detection and digital forensics.
Maintain a cloud-based SIEM, ensuring relevant logs are ingested and alerts are tuned; act as lead incident responder when needed.
Requirements
Experience designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise security measures.
Hands-on experience with SIEM, DLP, vulnerability management and endpoint protection tools.
Experience with incident response and digital forensics.
Ability to develop automation scripts and participate in an on-call rotation.
