Associate Trader, Part Time - Fanatics

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform spanning Fanatics Commerce, Fanatics Collectibles and Fanatics Betting & Gaming. Fanatics Betting and Gaming (FBG), launched in 2021, is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics; the Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S., Fanatics Casino operates in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and FBG runs twenty-two retail sportsbook locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium. FBG is headquartered in New York with offices in Denver, Leeds and Dublin. As a Trading Associate at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will help create an entertaining betting proposition that appeals to Fanatics customers. Reporting into one of the Trading Managers, you will be an important team player, assisting Traders with data analysis, game management and testing features, keeping the customer experience at the heart of everything you do.

Work in a designated area of the Trading department: compiling prices, managing games, monitoring bets and adjusting prices.
Contribute to testing new sportsbook features and trading models, providing feedback to the wider team.
Contribute to continuous improvement across Trading by assisting with automation initiatives.
Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations to build a best-in-class betting experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong interest in sports betting and the trading function.
Strong numerical, analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Traders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
