Participate in the recruitment process to hire engineers for the squad.  The focus will be on the human and cultural aspects.
Guide and mentor team, manage skills gaps and ensure we have balanced teams fit to deliver against business objectives.
Directly manage engineers of the squad. This includes regular 1 to 1s, performance management, mentoring, guidance and probation follow through.

Relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
