Data and Reporting Analyst - Support Services - Genius Sports

We are hiring a Data and Reporting Analyst - Support Services for our Tallinn team. You will help teams across Support and Operations use data to make informed decisions, building dashboards and automating recurring reporting processes.

This is a full-time hybrid position offering hands-on work with a cloud data warehouse and modern data-transformation practices.

Analyze data generated by Support and Operations activities to identify trends
Gather and document reporting and analytics requirements from stakeholders
Use SQL to query, validate, combine, and investigate data via the data warehouse
Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports in Sigma Computing
Automate recurring reporting and operational tasks to improve accuracy and efficiency

Working knowledge of SQL for extraction, filtering, joins, and aggregation
Experience in data analysis, including interpreting business requirements
Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Sigma Computing, or similar BI platforms
Knowledge of relational databases and core data concepts
Strong communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
