AI Enablement Lead - Kindred Group

Kindred Group is a leading online gambling operator with brands including Unibet, 32Red and Maria Casino, now operating as part of FDJ United's Online Betting and Gaming (OBG) business.

We are hiring a AI Enablement Lead for our London team. This coaching and upskilling role makes teams self-sufficient in building and deploying AI solutions, driving adoption of the internal AI platform (KAIT) across OBG's Technology function.

Coach and upskill engineering teams to build and deploy their own AI solutions.
Drive adoption of the internal AI platform (KAIT) from early adopters to mainstream usage.
Understand how production AI systems work to credibly train others.

Genuine technical depth in building and deploying production AI systems.
Experience coaching or upskilling engineering teams.
Strong understanding of AI platform adoption and change management.
