We are hiring a Process Improvement Specialist for our Stockholm, Sweden team - ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our growing team.

Analysing and mapping existing business processes end-to-end to proactively identify inefficiencies, friction points, and automation potential.
Redesigning operations to ensure they are fully optimised, streamlined, and ready for AI integration before any engineering work begins.
Building clear, data-driven business cases that calculate exactly how much time or money a project will save to gain leadership sign-off.

Partnering closely with technical automation teams to define functional requirements, validate system feasibility, and prioritise the project pipeline.
Developing and executing change management and adoption strategies, including team training and communications, to make sure new tools are successfully embedded.
Running discovery workshops with stakeholders across all departments to surface new automation opportunities and champion a culture of continuous innovation.
