Payment Operations Specialist - Nuvei

We are hiring a Payment Operations Specialist for our Vilnius, Lithuania team. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations related to existing and upcoming Nuvei Accounts products, handling administrative and back-office tasks and communication with banks and partners.

This is a hybrid role with private medical insurance, a global bonus plan and the flexibility to combine office and remote work.

• Oversee payment cancellation requests, refunds and returns

• Ensure smooth transaction processing in collaboration with the Finance team

• Handle banks and partners' requests, including SWIFT payments

• Assist with data analysis, reports and various testing

• 1+ years of experience in related operational areas or financial services

• Knowledge or willingness to learn more about banking processes

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy
