AI Security Engineer (System Security) - Playtech

Playtech's System Security team is looking for a proactive AI Security Engineer to help secure how the company designs, builds and operates AI systems, from local and cloud LLM deployments to agentic and MCP components.

Review AI systems and infrastructure, including LLM deployments, gateways and agentic components
Assess guardrails and controls such as prompt-injection defenses and rate limiting against best practice
Advise on secure-by-design AI architecture against frameworks like OWASP, MITRE ATLAS and NIST AI RMF
Evaluate the AI supply chain, including model provenance and dependency scanning

Valid certifications or equivalent verifiable experience in Cyber Security and/or IT
Solid infrastructure and security engineering experience across Linux, networking, cloud, IAM
Familiarity with self-hosted and cloud LLM platforms such as Azure Foundry, Bedrock or VertexAI
Prior knowledge of LLM-specific threats such as prompt injection and data poisoning
