Test Automation Engineer - Relax Gaming

Relax Gaming is a creative, forward-thinking iGaming content and platform provider with 350+ colleagues across 10+ locations, combining stability with constant innovation across its casino and poker offering.

We are hiring a Test Automation Engineer for our Tallinn team to own quality across our real-money poker stack, from pots and rake calculations to the loyalty system and promotional prize payouts. You will design and own the automated test strategy across the server stack, covering unit, integration, end-to-end and regression testing.

This is a full-time hybrid position in Tallinn offering the chance to work on a product with real impact and scale, alongside a collaborative, experienced and low-ego team.

Design and own the automated test strategy across the server stack: unit, integration, end-to-end and regression.
Grow and maintain CI/CD test coverage.
Hunt down edge cases across pots, side pots, rake, loyalty and promotional prize payouts.
Define quality gates and metrics, and partner with developers early in the process.
Triage, reproduce and clearly document defects.

Proven experience in QA automation for backend / distributed systems, ideally in a domain where correctness really matters (gaming, fintech, payments, trading, betting).
Strong Python for writing test harnesses and simulations; comfortable reading and navigating a Java codebase.
Hands-on experience testing message-driven / asynchronous systems: RabbitMQ/AMQP or similar (Kafka, SQS).
Confident writing SQL and validating state across relational and NoSQL stores (MariaDB/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Practical experience with Docker / Docker Compose and integrating automated tests into CI/CD (Jenkins or Bitbucket).
