Head of Risk — Soft2Bet

Soft2Bet is a leading iGaming turnkey solutions provider founded in 2016, delivering online casino and sportsbook software to operators worldwide.

We are hiring a Head of Risk to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. This role sits within the Management function and contributes to delivering innovative iGaming turnkey solutions including casino, sportsbook, CRM and payments.

This is a full-time on-site position offering competitive salary (EUR), performance bonus, health insurance, and career development at Soft2Bet.

Execute management initiatives for Soft2Bet's iGaming turnkey platform and brands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, marketing and operations.
Ensure products meet regulatory requirements across MGA, Curaçao, Sweden, Romania, Greece and Ireland.
Contribute to Soft2Bet's mission of delivering high-quality iGaming products and services.
Work in an agile environment with continuous product innovation.

3+ years of experience in management within iGaming, gambling, gaming or a related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of the European iGaming regulatory landscape.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Eligibility to work in Cyprus.
