Staff Engineer - Super Group (Betway)

Super Group is the NYSE-listed digital gaming company behind Betway and Jackpot City, delivering sports betting and iGaming experiences across more than 20 markets.

We are hiring a Staff Engineer for our Barcelona, Spain team. This role designs, develops and supports software components across the stack, driving software change and release management processes and CI/CD pipelines.

Design, develop and support software components across the stack
Drive software change and release management processes
Develop and monitor CI/CD pipelines
Review and debug code, and perform validation testing
Conduct systems analysis and recommend policy or process improvements

Extensive experience as a senior or staff-level software engineer
Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline development
Ability to work across the full software development lifecycle
Strong debugging and code review skills
Experience conducting systems analysis
