Director, Technical AI Solutions - BetMGM

BetMGM is a leading sports betting and iGaming operator in the United States and Canada, combining MGM Resorts' entertainment legacy with Entain's technology expertise.

We are hiring a Director, Technical AI Solutions for our Hybrid, New Jersey team. This role translates BetMGM's AI strategy into a prioritized, governed and executable portfolio of AI initiatives, partnering with PMO to balance business value and delivery capacity.

Own the AI portfolio intake and delivery model
Partner with PMO to balance business value and delivery capacity
Translate AI strategy into prioritized, governed initiatives
Drive governance and prioritization frameworks for AI programs
Partner with technology and business leaders on AI adoption

Experience leading AI or technology portfolio management
Strong understanding of AI governance and delivery frameworks
Experience partnering with PMO and business stakeholders
Background in sports betting, iGaming or technology industry a plus
Strong communication and executive presentation skills
