Senior Business Operations Manager, Sportsbook - BetMGM

BetMGM is a leading sports betting and iGaming operator in the United States and Canada, combining MGM Resorts' entertainment legacy with Entain's technology expertise.

We are hiring a Senior Business Operations Manager, Sportsbook for our Hybrid, New Jersey team. This role supports the Sportsbook Commercial Performance organization, identifying and implementing improvements to processes, documentation and operational controls.

Support the Sportsbook Commercial Performance organization
Identify and implement process and documentation improvements
Strengthen operational controls across the department
Partner cross-functionally on ways of working
Track and report on operational performance metrics

Experience in business operations, ideally in sports betting or iGaming
Strong process improvement and documentation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial teams
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Project management experience a plus
