We are hiring a Director, Risk and Payments Operations for our Remote, New Jersey team. This role defines the strategy and vision for Risk, Fraud, Responsible Gambling and Payments Operations teams working within a contact center environment handling inbound and internal workflows.

Define strategy and vision for Risk, Fraud and Payments Operations teams
Oversee contact center workflows for risk and payments operations
Drive process improvements across responsible gambling and fraud handling
Partner cross-functionally to align risk operations with business goals
Build and lead a high-performing operations team

Experience leading risk, fraud or payments operations teams
Background in contact center or operations management
Understanding of responsible gambling practices
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience in sports betting or iGaming preferred
