Head of Product Design - Betsson Group

### The Role

We are looking for a talented Head of Product Design for the Betsson Georgia brand. In this role, you will lead the product design function end-to-end — from shaping the design vision and strategy to hands-on involvement in key projects. You will work at the intersection of creativity and business, ensuring that every product touchpoint delivers an exceptional customer experience. ### Key Responsibilities: 

• Define and drive the product design vision and strategy, ensuring the best customer experience;

• Collaborate closely with Development team, Marketing, Business and other stakeholders;

• Optimize and standardize design processes to maintain high quality and efficiency;

• Integrate AI tools into the team's design workflow to improve speed and quality, and upskill the team on their effective use;

• Lead, manage, and develop the design team through regular feedback, 1-1 meetings, and individual growth plans;

• Participate directly in design creation, especially for large-scale and new projects;

• Stay up to date with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Design;

• 6+ years of UI/UX design experience in a similar industry;

• 3+ years in a leadership role;

• Proficiency in Figma, Figma Jam, Adobe XD, Adobe CC;

• Knowledge of iOS/Android/Web guidelines, Jira/Confluence, GA and Hotjar;

• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and production;

• Experience designing AI-driven product features;

• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills;

• Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop people.
