Coolbet is an award-winning iGaming company delivering B2C and B2B sportsbook, casino and poker platforms across international markets, with a core team of over 500 experts and headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia, part of the Sega Sammy Creation gaming segment.
We are hiring an Operations Manager for our Peru team. You will oversee daily operations of the Casino, Sportsbook and Poker platform, lead regulatory and certification processes with testing laboratories, and act as the operational link between the Peruvian market and Coolbet's global product and technology teams.
This is a full-time remote position based in Peru with occasional travel for group meetings and regulatory forums, offering a training budget, career development and the chance to help establish Coolbet as a market leader in Peru.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Casino, Poker and Sportsbook platform, monitoring player experience and coordinating updates with central tech teams.
Lead product and game certification processes with testing laboratories and manage regulatory submissions for Peruvian licensing requirements.
Manage external relationships across game providers, payment gateways, IT and legal partners to support feature rollouts.
Track budgets and key operational metrics (P&L, growth, NPS), identifying cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
Partner with local Marketing and global Product teams to execute localized promotions and retention campaigns.
Lead product and game certification processes with testing laboratories and manage regulatory submissions for Peruvian licensing requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of operational experience in the iGaming industry, with proven success driving P&L, player growth and NPS.
Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
Direct experience operating in the Peruvian or broader Latin American gaming market.
Hands-on experience navigating regulatory frameworks, testing labs or government relations within gaming.
Higher education degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
