Senior AI Engineer - eeze

eeze is a Malta-based, technology-driven live casino provider that has been developing world-leading online gaming solutions since 1999, with over 700 team members across Europe and its headquarters and studio in Malta.

We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer for our Malta engineering team to design, develop, train and deploy production-grade computer vision and machine learning models that enhance our Live Casino platforms, including fraud detection and real-time video analytics.

Design, develop, train, optimise and maintain computer vision and machine learning models for production environments.
Build scalable AI/ML pipelines covering data ingestion, processing, training, validation, deployment and monitoring.
Work with live video streams and camera feeds, including frame extraction and real-time inference optimization.
Establish engineering standards, MLOps tooling and operational best practices for AI workflows.

Proven experience building production-grade computer vision or machine learning models.
Strong Python skills and experience with ML pipelines, MLOps tooling and cloud-native deployment.
Experience working with real-time video/camera data and low-latency inference services.
Ability to collaborate closely with backend, platform and DevOps teams.
