Evenbet Gaming is a global iGaming software provider with over 20 years on the market, building poker and casino platforms used by operators in more than 40 countries. We are hiring a Integration Support Specialist for our remote team. This role sits within the IT Support function at Evenbet Gaming.
Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot API integrations, payment gateways and third-party services
Analyze logs, trace API requests, diagnose failures and resolve issues
Handle client and partner requests at the L2 level, escalating complex incidents to L3, and assist in testing new integrations

Requirements
1+ year of experience in technical support L2/L3
Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, JSON and XML
English at B1+ level, Russian at B2+ level
