We are hiring a Incident Managment Specialist for our Tirana, Albania team - Incident Management Specialist About us: Flutter, the world’s largest online sports betting and iGaming group listed on the London and New York stock exchanges, is home to the Southern Europe & Africa.

The specialist will be responsible for the correct detection, taking charge and managing the alerts and must ensure coverage on shifts 24H;
Guarantee the continuity of all services, acting promptly and preventing the occurrence of fails and disservices;
Performs first-level monitoring activities, of the Infrastructural, Network and Application type (extract and analyze data to translate them into useful information for Operations for timely and correct intervention);

Relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
