Flutter Tech Lead - GR8 Tech

We are hiring a Flutter Tech Lead to own the frontend mobile architecture across our flagship products. You will define patterns that keep our mobile apps stable, modular, and fast, while scaling real-time user experiences to millions of users.

Own high-level mobile system architecture, defining patterns that keep apps stable, modular, and fast
Evaluate new mobile technologies and design migration strategies, including native add-to-app integrations
Contribute hands-on code to critical, high-complexity systems and core framework libraries
Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for high-severity mobile production issues
Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and drive engineering culture through reviews and knowledge sharing

7+ years in commercial software development, with 3+ years dedicated to Flutter/Dart
Strong system design and architectural thinking, with deep mastery of Dart internals and Flutter's rendering pipeline
Solid experience with state management (Bloc or Riverpod), testing, and monorepos (Melos)
Hands-on experience with real-time data handling (WebSockets) and mobile security standards
Mentorship experience guiding engineers through code reviews and technical roadmaps
