We are hiring a Organisation Effectiveness and Workforce Planning Lead, OBG for our London team. This role shapes OBG's future organisation by integrating people analytics, strategic workforce planning and organisation design, translating business strategy into workforce scenarios and capability requirements.

Evolve the strategy and delivery of OBG people analytics and workforce intelligence, focused on identifying risks, opportunities and measurable outcomes.
Lead the People Insights Specialist to develop meaningful workforce metrics and dashboards supporting business leaders.
Translate analytical insight into practical recommendations for workforce, organisation, talent and resourcing decisions.

Solid experience in workforce planning, people analytics or organisation design, ideally in a large, complex organisation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into workforce scenarios and recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management, working with executive and senior leadership teams.
