We are hiring a Software Engineer, SOPS for our Sliema, Malta team. This role designs, builds and operates secure, scalable integrations and custom solutions across core systems, SaaS platforms and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities
Design and build integrations across SaaS platforms such as Oracle Service Cloud, LivePerson and Five9.
Take ownership of service quality and production stability.
Contribute to testing, monitoring, compliance and second-line support.

Requirements
Experience with JavaScript/PHP, Node.js/React and MySQL/PostgreSQL.
Understanding of microservices, Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins/ArgoCD).
