UK Compliance Officer / MLRO - Kindred Group

Kindred Group is a leading online gambling operator with brands including Unibet, 32Red and Maria Casino, now operating as part of FDJ United's Online Betting and Gaming (OBG) business.

We are hiring a UK Compliance Officer / MLRO for our London team. This senior role leads regulatory compliance for FDJ United's Online Betting and Gaming UK operations, acting as UK Personal Management Licence holder and primary contact with the UK Gambling Commission.

Serve as the UK Personal Management Licence holder and Head of Regulatory Compliance, the primary interface with the UKGC.
Act as MLRO, including oversight of suspicious activity reporting to the National Crime Agency.
Develop and strengthen the UK compliance framework, including AML/CTF, Safer Gambling and Consumer Protection.

UKGC Personal Management Licence (PML) held or eligible to apply.
Extensive senior-level experience in UK online gambling compliance within a licensed operator.
In-depth knowledge of the UK gambling regulatory landscape, including the Gambling Act, LCCP and AML/CTF requirements.
