Legal Counsel, Payments - Nuvei

We are hiring a Legal Counsel for our remote Canada team. You will participate in drafting, negotiating and managing commercial agreements and provide product and sales support as Nuvei develops payment solutions for merchants worldwide.

• Participate in drafting, negotiating and managing commercial agreements

• Provide product and sales support across payment solutions for merchants

• Assist with managing and monitoring litigation across Canada and the United States

• Interact daily with Operations, Compliance, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams

• Member in good standing of a Canadian or US bar association

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial and transactional law

• Experience with ACH payments and NACHA rules is a must

• Knowledge of PIPEDA and GDPR is an asset
