Operations Delivery Manager - Nuvei

We are hiring an Operations Delivery Manager for our Sofia, Bulgaria team. You will manage client-facing project delivery within the payments industry, coordinating multiple deliveries simultaneously.

This is a hybrid role with private medical insurance, a global bonus plan and the flexibility to combine office and remote work.

• Manage client-facing project delivery across multiple simultaneous engagements

• Coordinate with PSP/Acquirer partners within the payments industry

• Use project management tools to track progress and manage deadlines

• Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion

• 2-3 years' experience in a client-facing project management role, ideally in financial services

• Experience within the payments industry, either PSP or acquirer, is an advantage

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent

• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or Monday
