We are hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst for our Montreal, Canada team, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations for the Americas. You will support regional revenue growth and go-to-market initiatives through deep-dive commercial performance analysis.

This is a hybrid role with private medical insurance, a global bonus plan and the flexibility to combine office and remote work.

• Lead deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer and sales performance data

• Develop materials and business cases that drive strategic growth initiatives

• Monitor and report on the fintech ecosystem, tracking competitor pricing and market trends

• Partner with the global Pricing team to design and iterate on pricing strategies

• 2+ years of experience in revenue strategy, pricing or related roles in fintech or payments

• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and data analysis

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Professional fluency in English required
