Senior Contract Specialist - Nuvei

We are hiring a Senior Contract Specialist for our Nicosia, Cyprus team, joining the Legal Triage Team. You will coordinate and prioritize the flow of work across the team, mentor other contract specialists and own the team's metrics and reporting.

This is a hybrid role with private medical insurance, a global bonus plan and the flexibility to combine office and remote work.

• Coordinate and prioritize the flow of work across the Triage Team

• Mentor and support the development of other contract specialists

• Own the team's metrics and reporting, tracking volumes, turnaround times and outcomes

• Maintain, update and help create template and playbook libraries

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 4+ years of experience in a legal, contracts or legal operations role

• Experience guiding or mentoring others as a senior contributor or team lead

• Experience owning performance tracking, metrics or reporting
