We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Sofia, Bulgaria team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles and locations, from sourcing and screening to stakeholder partnership and offer negotiation, collaborating with hiring managers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This is a hybrid role with private medical insurance, a global bonus plan and the flexibility to combine office and remote work.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles across EMEA and APAC

• Source, attract and engage top talent through various platforms, networks and creative outreach methods

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the business

• Ensure a positive and exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or within an agency setting

• Proven stakeholder management experience, comfortable influencing and partnering with hiring managers

• Strong sourcing skills, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other creative methods

• Experience recruiting across different locations in EMEA and APAC regions is a strong plus

• Fluency in English; Bulgarian is mandatory
