IT SOX Controls Manager - Rush Street Interactive

Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI) is a market leader in online casino and sports betting, operating real-money gaming brands including BetRivers.com and RushBet.co.

We are hiring an IT SOX Controls Manager for our Chicago team. You will serve as the operational lead for the company's IT SOX program, partnering with Technology, Engineering, and Accounting leadership to strengthen the control environment.

Lead the day-to-day execution of the company's IT SOX program
Lead IT SOX risk assessment, application scoping, and control scoping activities
Own quarterly and annual IT SOX execution, including walkthroughs and controls testing
Evaluate the effectiveness of IT general controls and technology-enabled business process controls
Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology and Engineering teams on control design and remediation

Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
4+ years of experience in public accounting, internal audit, or internal controls
Strong understanding of IT General Controls in SOX environments
Experience evaluating controls in cloud-based environments
Ability to apply common control frameworks (COBIT, NIST) in practical SOX environments
