Manager, Software Engineering - Rush Street Interactive

Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI) is a market leader in online casino and sports betting, operating real-money gaming brands including BetRivers.com and RushBet.co.

We are hiring a Manager, Software Engineering for our Bogota team. You will lead a team of engineers, driving delivery, quality, and operational excellence across cross-functional initiatives while building a high-performing engineering culture.

Build and maintain a high-performing engineering team through coaching and performance management
Lead or contribute to cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring effective planning and execution
Drive accountability for quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture conversations
Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and architectural concerns and address them appropriately

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in software engineering or software delivery, including leading engineers or technical initiatives
Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams in an agile environment
Strong people leadership skills, including coaching and performance management
Understanding of software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and delivery lifecycles
