Country Project Manager - SOFTSWISS

SOFTSWISS is an international tech company providing iGaming software solutions for online casinos and sportsbooks, with a distributed team working remotely across Europe and beyond.

We are hiring a Country Project Manager to coordinate country-launch projects across their full lifecycle, from initial market assessment through to the start of operations.

This is a full-time remote position offering private health insurance, sports benefits, a mental health program and free English lessons at SOFTSWISS.

Organise and facilitate the evaluation of opportunities to enter new markets.
Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, including legal advisers and regulators.
Coordinate licensing processes and monitor compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Strong ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across parallel workstreams.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Practical experience with Jira and Confluence.
English at B2 level or above; legal background is a strong advantage.
