Manager, Software Engineering - Super Group (Betway)

Super Group is the NYSE-listed digital gaming company behind Betway and Jackpot City, delivering sports betting and iGaming experiences across more than 20 markets.

We are hiring a Manager, Software Engineering for our Remote, Krakow team. This role establishes and owns a central DevOps and platform engineering practice, leading the design and build-out of Betway's Kubernetes platform on-premise and on Azure.

Own CI/CD and platform standards across the estate
Design, build and standardize central CI/CD pipelines
Codify infrastructure and configuration as code
Establish observability, monitoring and alerting as core platform capabilities
Lead the design and build-out of Kubernetes on-prem and Azure

Strong experience in platform engineering or DevOps leadership
Experience with Kubernetes on-premise and in Azure
Background codifying infrastructure as code
Experience establishing CI/CD standards across teams
Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration skills
