Regulatory Compliance Officer - Super Group (Betway)

Super Group is the NYSE-listed digital gaming company behind Betway and Jackpot City, delivering sports betting and iGaming experiences across more than 20 markets.

We are hiring a Regulatory Compliance Officer for our North London, UK team. This role develops expertise in online gambling legislation across multiple markets, executing the compliance monitoring programme and acting as a trusted escalation point for compliance matters.

Develop and maintain knowledge of online gambling legislation across markets
Execute the compliance monitoring programme and maintain the risk register
Compile and submit compliance reports and regulatory notifications
Represent the business at industry workshops and conferences
Support the Regulatory Compliance Manager on escalations

Experience in regulatory compliance within online gambling or gaming
Knowledge of gambling legislation across multiple jurisdictions
Strong reporting and documentation skills
Ability to manage regulatory relationships and risk registers
Strong attention to detail
